Jim’s career spans three decades of executive leadership ranging from FORTUNE 500 organizations to privately-held companies, including over 10 years as CEO of an award-winning company recognized four times as one of the “25 Best Small Companies to Work for in America.” Through The Jim Huling Group, Jim and his team now offer the benefit of their experience to companies who want to reach and sustain the highest levels of personal, organizational, and execution excellence.

Personal Awards
Recently Jim was personally awarded the Turknett Leadership Character Award, an annual award for executives demonstrating the highest standards in ethics and leadership.

As Author and Speaker
Jim is the author of Choose Your Life! (read more) and numerous articles, including a nationally syndicated column, The Business of Life, published in Smart Business magazine.

Jim is also a keynote speaker in high demand for national meetings and a facilitator for senior executive gatherings. Personal
Jim is most proud of his marriage to his sweetheart Donna, being Dad to two phenomenal young adults, and “Papa” to his three grandchildren. He is also an avid backpacker, white water rafter, and a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Jim is also an active mentor and coach to individuals at all levels, sharing the lessons of both his career and his life.
